Myself and members of 21 Engineer Regiment LAD have decided to take part in the 'David Goggins 4X4X48 Challenge' in aid of The Royal British Legion.

The challenge consists of running 4 miles every 4 hours over 48 hours. This means every member partaking will be running a total of 48 miles!. The event will take place in Ripon, N Yorks on Tuesday 19th October 2021 at 1200 and will be completed by 1200 Thursday 21st October.

We have chosen to raise money for the Royal British Legion as it is a charity close to our hearts and within the Armed Forces community. The RBL supports both serving and ex-serving service personnel and their families when help is most needed. 

Any donations would be greatly appreciated for this worthwhile cause.
