I'm taking part in Friends and Families 24/7 Advent Challenge as part of team trustees! 

Along with my fellow trustees, I will be walking at least 7,000 steps  every day for the 24 days of Advent.

The money I raise will help Friends and Families continue to provide vital advice, support and training to parents of children living with disabilities; to host great activities that can be accessed by all members of the family; to give young carers the opportunity to have fun, some time to themselves and to focus on just being children.
