We are fundraising for DEBRA and #FightEB, which is the UK national charity that supports individuals and families affected by Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) in honor of Tom Holland’s 24th Birthday on June 1, 2020. 

EB is a group of genetic skin conditions which cause the skin to blister and tear at the slightest touch. Those born with EB have skin so fragile they are called ‘butterfly children’. Their mission is to find a cure for Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB).

In 2017, The Brothers Trust was founded to highlight a multitude of different causes that don’t always get the spotlight they deserve. DEBRA was one of the first charities that The Brothers Trust rallied behind by shining light on James Dunn, an inspiring photographer with EB, who took photos of Holland which were later used to raise money to #FightEB. Unfortunately in 2018, Dunn passed away, but his spirit never faltered. 

Since Dunn’s passing, The Brothers Trust has continued to #FightEB by giving individuals with EB a platform to tell their story, such as freelance journalist Myra Ali, who has conducted multiple interviews with Holland himself. They have also created a t-shirt campaign that features children battling EB in the photographs. Most recently they hosted a special movie screening of Spies in Disguise for the EB community in London.
