Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page for my 24 Hour Darts Live Stream to raise much needed funds and support for the NHS. I have set an initial target of £1000 which hopefully we can exceed to provide vital funds for the official NHS Charities cause.
On the 3rd of May i will be playing Darts and live streaming it on YouTube or Twitch for 24 hours in memory of my mum who passed away on March 4th, the response and effort made by the paramedics, ambulance and Kings College Hospital emergency staff was incredible. Add to this that the NHS are working so hard to help treat people with Corona Virus i feel this is the least i can do.
I plan to have short 10 minute breaks every few hours to get a drink or go to the bathroom etc but i will be playing virtually non stop for 24 hours on my own on the live stream.
My thanks go to Darts shop A180darts.co.uk for their donation of a dartboard stand and Blade 5 dartboard for the stream. If any other companies can donate a 360 light please get in touch via Twitter @SportAnalysisUK, Target Darts declined to provide a 360 light so if anyone can help please get in touch.
I have decided to run this through Just Giving so every person who donates knows the money goes straight to NHS charities, I have seen many people do events and raffles on social networking where its done via their own Paypal and that doesn't sit right with me.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
