24 Hour Murph
Fundraising for MERU
Story
We are hoping to raise at least £20k to help MERU build 4 mobility wheel chairs called Bugzis…..
They special bits of kit for disabled children giving them the much needed independence we all take for granted.
Chairs are adapted to the individual child’s specific needs such as postural support and controls that can be easily used by children with refined muscle movement difficulties.
Each chair costs 5k, this includes the initial build, the specialist, personal adjustments for each child, maintenance for the length of use by the child and then refers so they are ready to be used by another child once the initial child has grown out of the chair.

We will be doing a well know crossfit Hero workout called Murph for 24 hours. In teams of 6 - 10, someone from the team will always be doing a Murph, once one member finishes then next member goes. Constantly for 24 hours.

300 air squats

100 pull ups
