Story
Recently my brother required an air ambulance after falling out of a tree. An air ambulance can cost up to £2000 a trip and are completely funded by the charity that runs them and currently receives no government finding. This is a service that you hope you will never need, however you are glad it is if you ever do.
For this reason I will be doing a 24 hr gaming marathon completing the 24Hrs of Le Mans in Project Cars 2 to raise money for Wiltshire Air Ambulance. This will be streamed live on twitch.
Link to come.
Wiltshire Air Ambulance is a charity that provides an essential Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) across Wiltshire, Bath and surrounding areas. It needs to raise £4m a year to continue saving lives, but is not directly funded by the Government and receives no National Lottery funding, so relies on generous public donations.
