Story
The past year has been a difficult challenge for us all with the global pandemic, loss of jobs, numerous lockdowns and boredom from staying in the house - our mental health has been hit hard. It's important for those suffering to remember that there are organisations and people that can help in these difficult times.
As someone who loves to walk and explore - myself and two friends (Ryan Trimble & James Poland) will be taking on a 24 hour walk to raise money in aid of Mind (NAMH). We'll begin a 24 hour journey around parts of Northern Ireland during the first weekend of March 2021. Hoping to reach a minimum of 70 miles (approximately 150,000 steps) each, your support in any way will help, even if you want to join for part of the way! Every donation or bit of support will help.
Check in on your family, friends and stay positive as we're nearly in the clear. Thank you in advance for your contribution to this cause that means so much to me.
More information about Mind (NAMH): We are Mind, the mental health charity. We are here to make sure anyone with a mental health problem has somewhere to turn for advice and support.
Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
