On  the weekend of 20th / 21st May 2017, we will be  participating in the 24in24 fitness challenge with the Capella Wolfpack. We are taking on 24 hours of fitness - a different fitness event, every hour non-stop for 24 hours!! An endurance event like no other, all in the name of fundraising for this incredibly important cause.

Above & Beyond invest in projects that that go beyond what the NHS can afford, such as creating a welcoming hospital environment, supporting ground breaking research to deliver the treatments of tomorrow, supporting specialist medical training and staff development and providing state-of-the-art equipment.

Above and Beyond directs all 24-in-24 fundraising specifically into the Capella Foundation 'Twinkle Capella Research Fund'. As a small foundation based in Bristol, 100% of our fundraising goes directly to this incredibly important cause, to enable vital research to be undertaken in order to advance knowledge and understanding of methods of diagnosis and treatment of medical complications during pregnancy.

The events of the 24in24 session include things like circuit training, touch rugby, body pump, a loaded march, a 2am spin class and the dreaded 4am bleep test! The lineup is included below!

The event goes from midday on the Saturday to midday on the Sunday at David Lloyd Leisure Centre in Westbury-on-Trym, Bristol - it would be good to have some people there to cheer us on during the dark times and also join in on a couple of events! If you can't make it, your donations will go a long way to keep us motivated!

The Capella Foundation also give businesses the opportunity to become corporate sponsors. Corporate sponsors will receive logos on our shirts plus loads of social media and newspaper coverage in the lead up to the event and across the weekend - get in touch if you're interested or if you know someone who might be!
