It takes an average of 8 years to get a diagnosis of endometriosis and that’s too long! Instead of walking 3 individual 8k walks we are walking on walk of 24k together! We are doing this to raise awareness of endometriosis and to raise funds.

                                     24k for Endo – Who we are:

Elodie: I was diagnosed with endometriosis at 19 and have been trying to raise awareness for the condition since, to friends, family
and workplaces. Endometriosis affects various aspects of my life and it was a difficult pathway to being correctly diagnosed and receiving help after many years of struggling. There is a big research gap into treatment and diagnosing endometriosis, which is why I am taking part in ‘Walk For Endo’!

Christelle: I am Elodie’s mum and want to raise awareness of this condition that affects various aspects of her life, and mine by trying my best to help and find solutions. Raising money for endometriosis will enable further research and, maybe, more treatment options and less diagnostic waiting times. This is why I am doing the ‘Walk for Endo’!

Philip: I am Elodie’s partner and have been learning about endometriosis with Elodie and how to support as well as how to cope as a couple when endometriosis impacts our life. I am doing ‘Walk for Endo’ in order to help raise awareness of the condition and help fund research.
