Hi Everyone, thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

We are going to be walking from Bournemouth to Southampton in order to help raise money for the Rose Road Association.

The current team is:

Patrick Grice, Chris Butcher, Sam Mullen, Heso Infante Jima-Otero, Alex Custance-Hurst, Abbi Temple, Andy Dubber, Gary Quigley & Glenn Grice.

The walk will be on the 25th May.

I have wanted to do something like this for a while as my family has personally been helped by Rose Road for many years now.  My sister Claudia has multiple disabilities and complex health needs.  Despite Claudia's difficulties she is unbelievably brave and always ready with a smile and a giggle (which is infectious). Rose road have given Claudia support which has enabled my parents to have a break and for us to do family things which we would not normally be able to do.  Please support this charity if you can so that they can continue to support young people and their families.

Currently we have 9 of us starting in Bournemouth & finishing in Shirley. With places to stop for a quick break included this looks to be a little over 28 miles (a marathon being just under 27).
