Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.  From Monday 5 to Fri 9 Sept, two game old birds (Ed Walker’s mum and godmum) will be walking over 30 miles on the North Norfolk coast from Hunstanton to Cromer (see itinerary below). We are doing the walk in aid of the homeless in Peterborough and Cambridge (and, we hope, in the not too distant future Norwich) for a charity Ed has set up called Hope into Action. (<a href="http://www.hopeintoaction.org.uk/">www.hopeintoaction.org.uk</a>) Ed Walker and those who set it up feel the primary need of the homeless is a home; and a quality home at that (they have seen grown men cry when they first walk into a HiA house). The charity matches the home with professional support and then a positive community offered by a local church. By giving your money to HIA you will support: ·         People who spent all of last winter sleeping in a tent pitched amongst the nettles ·         A mother who was homeless at 7 months of pregnancy and has just given birth ·         Ex heroin addicts who are trying to make a new start in life. ·         2 guys with a history of alcohol misuse and mental health issues  - both of whom have now, thanks in part to Hope into Action, got jobs. ·         Ex offenders who are keen just to make a fresh start. Each of the above is homed in a house supported by the local church. By supporting Hope into Action you are also supporting Hope into Actions vision which wants to enable many more churches to effectively, professionally and with a non-judgemental attitude home and support some of the most vulnerable in society!     Itinerary ·         Monday 5th September. Arrive at Hunstanton by 8am for breakfast. Start walk after breakfast to Burnham Deepdale – 7 miles. Stay at Burnham Deepdale Farm Hostel. £20 per person. 01485 210256. ·         Tuesday 6th September. Walk to Wells-next-the-Sea – 11 miles. Stay at YHA, Church Plain, Wells-next-the-Sea. £28 per person. 0845 3719544. ·         Wednesday 7th September. Walk to Cley next the Sea – 10 miles. Stay at B&B, Rhu-Sila, Cley next the Sea. £28 per person. Limited places but there are other B&Bs/hotels/guesthouses. ·         Thursday 8th September. Walk to Sheringham – 8 miles. Stay at YHA,1 Cremer's Drift, Sheringham NR26 8HX. £26 per person. ·         Friday 9th September. Walk to Cromer – 6 miles.
