We met Jack's parents Arlene & Derek through the work we do.

Arlene & Derek told us all about their brightest star JACK, and how he is a superhero, and in particular he said he was the HULK. I Knew then that this would be a hard job to work on, but we all became close, and this made the journey all the more important.

They had a clear vision of what Jack's memorial should look like. We had a lot of great ideas and together created a memorial fit for a real superhero.
