We'll be doing a challenge every day throughout October, from jogging, walking and boxing to ditching the booze and declining alcohol for the month. 

Edward's Trust is a family bereavement charity based in Edgbaston, Birmingham but supporting families across the West Midlands. All money raised will help us provide counselling, play therapy and wellbeing support to parents who have lost a child of any age and through any circumstance and children and young people (up to the age of 24) who have lost a parent, sibling or person significant to them.
