We are 3 Chefs, Neil, Tomasz and myself who are going to take on the incredible 3 peaks challenge. Climbing Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon during a single 24 hour period, 23 Miles of trekking, with over 3000 metres of ascent. To add to the challenge, at the top of each summit we also intend to cook a regional dish.

After sadly losing my father several years ago to cancer, we are raising the money for Cancer Research, in the hopes that in the future cancer can be cured or treated even more successfully and other families won't have to go through the same.
