This is all Aruna's fault (despite his accident prone nature!).

But seriously, we've had the idea to do LEJOG for many months/years and this is the time to do it (after completing our basic training and taking some time away from work). We've been training (& falling) hard(ish) and are excited/terrified of setting off on this voyage (approximately 1200miles in 13 days). We will be self supported and carrying our own kit.

Lifebox do amazing work to provide resources promoting safe surgery & improved medical care in low resource settings including robust pulse oximeters and surgical headtorches.
