Inspired by a new found love of walking and our desire to rediscover nature (and our limbs), the 2-week trek will cover over 200 miles of some of the finest, and largest, hills and valleys that England has to offer.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;">We have chosen to support&nbsp;two charities for our fundraising, each with a different JustGiving Page; the well publicised plight of <a href="http://www.justgiving.com/3menandadog-CR"><span style="color: #800080;">Cancer Research UK</span></a> and also <a href="http://www.justgiving.com/3menandadog-ww"><span style="color: #800080;">Willow Wood Hospice</span></a> whose care for Alf&rsquo;s beloved late wife, Ann provided huge comfort to her friends and family last year.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 11.5pt; color: black; font-family: &quot;Arial&quot;,&quot;sans-serif&quot;;">We cannot thank you enough for your kind donations but to keep the money rolling in we would like to remind you that, of the 3 men and a dog, <em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;">Tara</em> (the dog) is by far and away the fittest of the bunch! At <strong style="mso-bidi-font-weight: normal;"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">70</span></strong>, Alf follows Tara and has been training hard since the start of the year but, speaking on behalf of both Titch and Matt, I can honestly say that this challenge has caused a few sleepless nights! We are genuinely scared of what this trek will entail but your donations will certainly help us find the motivation.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Thank you once again for your kind support of our challenge.</span></span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-size: small; font-family: Calibri;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><em style="mso-bidi-font-style: normal;"><span style="font-size: small;"><span style="font-family: Calibri;">Matt, Alf, Titch &amp; Tara</span></span></em></p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
