We wanted to set ourselves a personal challenge that could raise money for Andover Mind, so we thought why not climb a mountain - in fact 3 mountains in 3 days. A team of staff and their families, service users, local emergency services workers and a number of good friends of Andover Mind  joined  together in June to complete this challenge.

WE DID IT !!! We had injuries, tears, laughter, lack of sleep, arguements but most importantly lots of fun.BUT at this moment we will never do it again.

As the picture shows we climbed Scafell at 3am in the morning and made it to the top for sunrise, a sight well worth the early start.

We covered 1275 miles in our mini bus, walked 26 miles up and down the Mountains and stood in the snow at the top of Ben Nevis in our shorts and t-shirts.

It was well worth the time and effort as we know the money raised will make a big difference to the work that we can do.
