Doing the Three Peaks is a challenge. Being dependent on the British Rail system is a challenge so putting them together ought to be interesting. 

Given we have all been locked up for 12 months, I have not been able to get out and about as much as I am used to. I have not been able to see who I normally do and it has made me realise how easy it is to slip down the slippery slope of poor mental health. I have been to the precipice and thankfully was pulled back but others are not so lucky. 

So, I am dedicating the biggest hill to them! Lets make sure that Mind can continue to be there to support everyone keep their health in check!
