The Alan Davidson Foundation is a UK registered charity that supports a wide range of causes, including MND care and research, architecture, tech and communications initiatives. The Foundation has distributed six figure sums to good causes on an annual basis.

Story

The Alan Davidson Foundation was founded in 2015 by artist and architect Alan Davidson. Alan kick-started the use of computers in architectural visualisation by creating the Hayes Davidson studio in 1989, and led the change to it becoming the first employee-owned studio of its kind in 2013. He remains a Director and Trustee of Hayes Davidson. When Alan was diagnosed with MND, he committed the majority of his estate to help others and to fund charitable causes through the Foundation.

Alan's family members have been training like mad (!) and are walking the three peaks this summer for this wonderful Foundation that is so close to their hearts. The money raised will go towards a range of causes, primarily MND care and research but also some other initiatives.
