The 4x4x48 Challenge comprises of a 4-mile run every 4hrs, for 48hrs and will be completed between 28^th – 30^th January 2022.

Participation in this challenge is a test of an individual’s physical and
mental resilience.  To make the challenge inclusive to all levels of physical and mental fitness, participants can opt to complete their own physical activity if it chimes with the concept of every 4hrs for 48hrs.  To encourage participation, the event will also be a great opportunity to raise funds for the ABF Charity.
