4 Brothers

3 Cap Badges

2 Half Marathons

1 Cause

WHO: Four brothers and veterans of Three different British Army cap badges (Jonathan RAOC (RLC), Dee 1 Royal Irish Regiment, Al Royal Corps of Signals and James RLC) take on Two different Half Marathons for One cause close to them all (Walking With The Wounded (WWTW).

WHAT: The Antrim Coast Half Marathon as we were born, brought up & have many connections with County Antrim and The Great North Run as a family move to the North of England has made many connections with the North East including new family and friends in the North East.

When: Training, planning and vital fundraising starts now for both the Antrim Coast on 29 August 2021 and the Great North Run on 12 September 2021.

WHY: All four brothers have all served within the British Army with various Operational Tours including The Gulf War, Iraq, Afghanistan, Northern Ireland, The Balkans and have witnessed first-hand some of the issues brought about from service life both personally and within our network.

With these Issues now becoming more widely recognised and helping people recognise them by speaking out for assistance and not suffering in silence getting assistance from the amazing work that charities are doing in getting the help to those in need.

WWTW supports disadvantaged veterans who have served in the Armed Forces and their families, empowering them to regain their independence, thrive and contribute in our communities. They have adapted and continue to support our ex-service community during this difficult time.

WWTW has worked in partnership with the NHS for many years and during this period we will continue those partnerships to respond wherever possible to support our incredible NHS (please see link below or search WWTW for further details on their amazing work) http://www.walkingwiththewounded.org.uk/

If you can spare a pound or a few please donate to this fantastic cause and encourage Rivalry & Competitiveness between four brothers.
