The Bone Cancer Research Trust is the leading charity dedicated to fighting primary bone cancer. Our mission is to save lives and improve outcomes for people affected by primary bone cancer through research, information, awareness and support.

Story

My stepfather Cyrus had a rare form of Bone Marrow Cancer, and unfortunately passed away in 2018. He was one of the best people I have ever met and he had a huge influence on me. I loved him like he was blood and our family was destroyed when he died. I want to run London to do him proud and hope that this makes even the slightest difference to someone who is going through HELL whilst battling cancer.

I'm a HUGE Chelsea fan and Cyrus was a HUGE Liverpool fan. I loved the constant football rivalry we had, so therefore if we can meet the donation target, I will run in his favourite Liverpool Shirt which will CAUSE ME GREAT PAIN!

For those unaware, other large UK cancer research charities do not prioritise bone cancer patients, in 2019 just 0.028% of their research spend went to bone cancer.

Last year alone, Bone Cancer Research Trust committed an incredible £807,824 to pioneering bone cancer research - to save lives! Please donate whatever you can to save someone like Cyrus. Thank you for reading,  I appreciate it x
