Walking is vital to our quality of life, impacting everything from our health to the environment. That's why we’re committed to ensuring it’s a choice everyone can make safely and confidently. Together, we’re working to improve our streets, reduce road deaths and congestion, and enhance our health.

Story

Chris Taylor,Chris Wade, Craig Pattison, Peter Satchwell, Struan Marshall & Simon Storey are headding of to St Davids on Thu 2nd May tfor the start of an epic coast to coast ride at Britains widest point, 400 miles in just 4 days. We have organised this ride ourselves (well Siimon has) so all money raised will go direct to the charity to help fund their vital work.

We are aiming to raise at least £500 for each of the 3 charities we are supporting. Chris Taylor, as a trustee of Living Streets, is continually inspired by the dedication of the Living Streets team who haver successfully campaigned to improve our cities, making them safer and more accessible for pedestrians (and cyclists). They also encourage and promote active healty lifestyles, they organise walk to work week and WoW (walk once a week) to encourage primary school children to pursade theitr parents to ditch the car and walk to school.

Many streets are poorly maintained, unsafe and make it difficult for vulnerable people to get about. Your donations will help Living Streets campaign for changse that will help cut road deaths and put people first, to continue to work with millions of school children to get them walking to school, and to make our streets more enjoyable places.
