4424 Floors (Everest) for Farmers · 21 April 2020

The Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution (RABI) is farming’s oldest charity working across England and Wales. Our aim is that no-one from the farming community should face adversity alone. We provide tailored advice, access to counselling, practical and financial support, and so much more.

Story

Farmers are also essential key workers right now. The current pandemic is massively effecting them, milk cannot be sold, animals cannot be sold. They risk their lives to put high quality food on our plates each and every single day and night. Let’s not forget them!! I’m climbing the equivalent of Everest in my house within 5 days (4424 floors) with a rucksack filled with 10kg of weight.

R.A.B.I is a grant-making charity which helps farming people of all ages if they are in financial difficulty. Support is confidential and includes one-off or regular payments, funding for things like essential household items, disability equipment, relief farm staff, home-help and care costs. This is an amazing charity!! Please, please pop a quid or 2 into their pot of funding 🙏🏻
