We have decided to take part in David Goggins annual 4 x 4 x 48 challenge on March 5th.

The challenge consists of us all running 4 miles every 4 hours for 48 hours, with us running a total of 48 miles.

We were looking for a fitness challenge to look forward to and train towards, and if we can raise some money for the Beatson while doing so then great! 

Cancer is something that has had a massive impact in all four of our lives over the years. Currently, Brian's Mum and Nana are both receiving treatment from the Beatson hospital, and sadly Andy's Gran passed away from the illness in 2015. The Beatson's amazing work has allowed our families to recover, with Jack's Gran and Brian's Dad both beating cancer over the years. We'd love to give something back to the hospital as a thank you.

The Beatson West of Scotland Cancer Centre is a specialised cancer care centre in Glasgow. They also do a lot of amazing work out with supplying cancer treatments; caring for families wellbeing, running clinical trials, and providing patients with different therapies such as massage, Reili, feflexology and podiatry.
