I am undertaking a second marathon mission whereby I'll aim to cover 104.8 miles in four days in memory of Alex Watley and to raise money for C.R.Y.

The link to my blog is www.4in4uk.wordpress.com and I will be updating with my training, pictures and other facts and features. It also features maps of the running routes; it would mean a great deal to me if people came out and supported/ran segments with me. 

I am doing this in alliance with the Red Heart Run, an event set up by Alex's friends, part of the aim of my mission is to help raise awareness of RHR and all proceeds from that also go to C.R.Y.
