Smart Works is a UK charity that dresses and coaches unemployed women for their job interview. They empower each woman by giving her the clothes, coaching and confidence she needs to succeed and transform her life. After visiting Smart Works, 65% secure a job within a month, gaining financial independence and starting a new chapter.

We're so excited to be teaming up with our charity partner Smart Works, for International Women's Day. Stella has worked with Smart Works, a charity who provide high quality interview clothes and interview training to unemployed women in need, on a range of initiatives including The Big Stella X Smart Works Fashion Sale.

This year, Telegraph Media Group's staff are being challenged to complete '4 Miles 4 Change' in support of Smart Works, as one of our activities to mark International Women's Day.

We'll be challenging ourselves to do 4 miles of activity - running, swimming, walking, rowing - it all counts! You can join us by logging your own 4 Miles 4 Change, and raise some money for a worthy cause.
