All are Police officers or Judo players from Neyland Judo Club (or both!), plus Lloyd our film maker!

Most are veterans of previous 3 Peaks challenges but there are also new virgin members of the team.

In 2013 the 3 Peaks team climbed Ben Nevis, Scafell Pike and Snowdon in under 24hrs!

Following in what was the huge success of the 11Men3Peaks24Hrs event it was always going to be a tough challenge to follow . We decided that 3 Peaks was tough but in order to make it even harder for 2014 we needed to add something else.

There can only be one thing! We must add another big mountain.

Well we have, and it's Carrantohill a monster of a peak sitting in south west Ireland and we intend to climb it via "The Devils Ladder"! An epic route that lives up to it's name!

24hrs isn't an option obviusly due to ferry crossings, so what we are going to do is this;

Complete the 3 Peaks Challenge in under 24hrs, then instead of feet up, pats on backs and much joviality, we then intend to get back in the minibus, drive to the ferry port, cross the Irish Sea, drive 6 hours to Kilarney and climb Carrantohil, the highest mountain in Ireland.......How hard can it be!
