Story

Thanks so much for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.

From 12pm on 15 October 2021, Bolt Burdon Kemp’s intrepid team of 18, will be competing in a 4 x 4 x 48 challenge to raise money for The Limbless Association.

The challenge will involve each of the participants either running or walking 4 miles, every 4 hours, for 48 hours. This is no mean feat, as it equates to 2 marathons in 2 days, all with very little sleep.

This is all in aid of a very worthy charity, who we as a firm have had the pleasure of getting to know in recent years. The Limbless Association provides information and support to the limb-loss community. They assist individuals who are about to have an amputation or are already living with congenital or acquired limb-loss. They also offer help and information to carers, family members and friends. The support they have provided to our clients is second to none and they are incredibly deserving of all the support we can raise for them.

We hope to complete parts of the challenge alongside members and staff from the Limbless Association. We are confident that they will inspire us to complete our challenge, just as their members inspire us every day with how they face their own personal daily challenges.

Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving - they'll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they'll send your money directly to the charity. So it's the most efficient way to donate - saving time and cutting costs for the charity.

We really appreciate your support and thank you for all donations.
