Story

I will be running the 4X4X48 ultra running challenge starting on the 23rd December and will be finishing on Christmas Day morning.

The 4X4X48 challenge popularised by David Goggins challenges me to run 4 miles, every 4 hours for 48 hours.

About the charity

We provide individual, life changing support to young people in communities affected by crime and violence. Through sport, mentoring and personal development, we improve their mental and physical wellbeing to give them the skills, confidence and motivation to realise their true potential.
