4 x 4 x 48 Challenge Β· 23 February 2021

Child Bereavement UK help children and young people (up to age 25), parents, and families, to rebuild their lives when a child grieves or when a child dies. Child Bereavement UK also provide training to professionals, equipping them to provide the best possible care to bereaved families.

Story

Between March 12th-14th I will taking part in the 4x4x48 Challenge also known as the David Goggins challenge. This involves running 4 miles every 4 hours for a period of 48 hours. 12 runs totalling 48 miles. Following on from my attempt at the challenge, Mark McCutcheon will be continuing our relay between 19th-21st March and Gary Studley will be running the 3rd leg between 26th-28th March by which time we will hopefully have covered 144 miles between the three of us in 144 hours.

The vision of the charity is for all families to have the support they need to rebuild their lives, when a child grieves or when a child dies.

**Update**

Due to a scheduling problem Mark will now be running his leg between March 5th and March 7th. We will provide updates on the challenge via our Instagram platforms @rosstinning and @cutchy9 if anyone wishes to follow us on our journey.
