On the 12th November 2015, my gorgeous niece Mia Rose was born sleeping. As part of an effort to keep her in our memories, whilst supporting the fantastic work that Sands do, Dad and I are excited to be running and cycling 500 miles from London to Lands End.

Sunday April 24th 2016 - I'll be kicking things off by running the 26 mile London Marathon

Saturday May 28th 2016 - My first ever Ultra Marathon will see me run the 62 miles between London and Brighton.

Monday, May 30th 2016 - Finally, after a day's well-earned rest, Dad and I will set off on our 6 day bike ride to Lands End, covering the final 412 miles

We would love for people to join us on any part of the journey, but in the meantime please please dig deep and help us reach our whopping £5,000 target!
