Story
Adapting Gardens, Changing Lives, Defying Disability since 1968
We’re celebrating Flower Power by providing donors with Alan Titchmarsh’s Top 10 Gardening Tips, in exchange for a suggested donation of £10.
The money we raise goes towards helping people with disabilities continue to enjoy gardening, as actively as is possible for them. Theytell us it brings back a sense of purpose, a feeling of well-being and can bring back their sense of independence, as if they're defying their disability.
Our grants go to people suffering all sorts of disabilities, mental and physical, and to groups of people and individuals. So please dig deep and help us raise as much as possible:
£10 buys a long handled weeding fork
£ 50 buys a raised planting table
£100 buys a wheelchair access ramp
So if you want to find out how Alan keeps his gladioli groovy and his freesias far out, donate now. Let’s share the joy of gardening. And help others to do so too.
