The challenge is simple, this mission is:

Keep it up, Donate & Pass it on! 

1) In one take, do as many kick-ups you can and record your attempt

2) Donate the amount = 0.50p x the number of kick-ups (or find a sponsor to donate for you) 

3)  Nominate at least 5 others either on your social media with the #50pKickUpChallenge hashtag or send them a private message

- Helping fund our National Coronavirus support line; helping deliver essentials to vulnerable people across the country, providing guidance and a general chat

- Providing PPE and hot meals to the NHS frontline staff

- Helpline to feed the homeless

- Assist people in disaster, shelter, blankets, medical supplies and more

- Water projects all around West Africa

- Providing free eye surgeries to give people back their sight

- Help build schools to educate future generations
