The RAF Benevolent Fund is the RAF's leading welfare charity. We have been there for all members of the RAF Family for over 100 years. Last year we assisted more than 70,000 members of the RAF Family. Support us in 2024 and help us reach even more members of the RAF Family.

Story

57 Squadron will be undertaking a demanding physical challenge to raise money for the RAF Benevolent Fund.  Three teams will attempt to complete a run, bike, row, crawl and swim over a total distance of 172km, which is the number of aircraft 57 Squadron lost during World War 2.

As a team they will be completing:

57 lengths in the pool

20km on bikes

25km on treadmills

10.7km on a rower

200m bear crawl
