Story

When you put things into perspective, running 5km a day for a year isn’t really that much in comparison to what my mums done for me this past 28 years.

However, that doesn’t mean the next year will be easy because it certainly won’t be, but when I do have those down days, I‘ll remind myself why I’m doing this challenge.

My aim is to raise money and awareness for Gloucestershire's Motor Neurone Disease Association by telling you our story and sharing this journey with you. Hopefully one day we can live in a world free from Motor Neurone Disease.

I’d be incredibly grateful for any size donation, to follow my Instagram account @5K4MND where I post daily updates and you can follow my journey, or to share this page with your family and friends. I’d also love for people to get involved by joining me on my daily runs, all you have to do is message me.

Let’s fight MND together.
