In the summer of 2021 John (45), Isaac (16) and Luke (15) cycled from Land's End to John O'Groats, supported by me and our youngest son Joel (11).

There were 14 cycling days, with a rest day in the middle - you can check out our journey on Instagram (@millerfamilylejog) and Facebook (search 'Five go on LEJOG'). The cyclists covered 1,013.46 miles in total!

While we didn't set out to do this with the purpose of raising money for charity, we have been asked several times if people could donate. We chose Marie Curie as their nurses made an enormous difference to the last week or so of my dad's life in 2018.
