Get ready for the 60 mils Jogging Challenge – a challenge for everyone to get involved in!

Looking for a new fitness challenge? Get involved in the 60 mils Jogging Challenge to boost your fitness and help raise funds for the British Heart Foundation! We challenge you to jog at your own speed throughout six-weeks to celebrate BHF’s 60th anniversary!  We, as Barclays Payments colleagues aim to raise awareness and funds, whilst boosting our fitness at the same time. Starting on Monday, 19 July the challenge is running for six weeks.  Don't worry if you cannot complete all 60 miles, taking part is what counts! 

For a slower pace, why not complete 60 minutes of meditation or yoga instead?
