65 Roses Challenge · 10 April 2020

65 Roses Day is Cystic Fibrosis Ireland's National Flag Day. Cystic Fibrosis Ireland depend on voluntary income and donations to provide services and supports to people with Cystic Fibrosis in Ireland.

Story

65 Roses Day is Cystic Fibrosis Ireland's biggest fundraiser, taking place each year on April 10th. Funds go towards supporting people with cystic fibrosis and providing them with a better quality of life. This year Cystic Fibrosis Ireland has taken the decision to move 65 Roses Day online.

Every year people take part in challenges with a focus on 65. With the current social distancing and movement restrictions in place, this year i'm going to run for a total of 650 minutes from Saturday 04th to Friday 10th April

I know It's a hard time for everyone but please help me help Cystic Fibrosis Ireland by giving whatever you can by donating and taking part in your own 65 Roses challenge.

The challenge can be anything from 65 minutes walking, 65 pushups,65 minutes reading, some daily yoga or anything else you can think of. Share your challenges with @cf_ireland and #65roseschallenege.

Please also spread the word by sharing my page with your friends and family. You can also text” Fight CF” to 50300

Thank you in advance for your generosity, it means a lot!
