Get ready for the 67k Step Challenge – a challenge for everyone to get involved in!

Looking for a new fitness challenge? Get involved in the 67k Step Challenge to boost your fitness and help raise funds for the Garbo's German Shepherd Dog Rescue charity to highlight that without spaying, one female dog and her offspring can produce 67,000 puppies in six years! We, as Barclays Payments colleagues aim to raise awareness and funds, whilst boosting our fitness at the same time. Starting on Monday, 19 July the challenge is running for six weeks.  Don't worry if you cannot complete all 67k steps, taking part is what counts! 

For a slower pace, why not complete 60 minutes of meditation or yoga instead?
