Dan (Thrive Barton Youth Worker) and a team of volunteers are going to be playing a 6 hour football match for Thrive Barton, Innovista's Thrive project in Barton on the 4th of November 10am-4pm

The big motivation for doing this, is to raise money for Thrive Barton who support young people develop as leaders and build resilience. This looks like mentoring, group projects, holiday activities and more.

Barton is full of amazing young people, but sadly lots of them seem to grow up with more obstacles than opportunities. Barton is in the top 20% of most deprived places in the UK. 

But here's the thing - these young people have just as much potential as anyone else, right? So they should be given every opportunity to reach it.

Thrive Barton (Dan, Erica and amazing volunteers) live in the community to invest in young people and release their potential. We've seen some amazing changes in young people who have the potential to really impact their community for good.

Your sponsorship will not just motivate us to keep running on the pitch - it will also have a big impact on young people in Barton.
