Story

Mark Twain once said that golf was “a good walk spoiled”. Doing 72 holes in one day will be “a good half marathon spoiled”!!

Adam Perkins, Adam Chester and I have decided to take on this challenge to raise money for the Georgina Unit at Russell’s Hall hospital. The charity is currently funding a home chemo service which costs in excess of one hundred thousand pounds per year to run alongside all its other activities.

Any support for us in this endeavour will help them ensure that the patients, families and staff at the Unit continue to have their lives made more easy in what can be very challenging times for them. .

We will be doing this at Ombersley golf course and we thank them for hosting us. We also thank everyone who has been generous enough to provide prizes for the raffle we’re doing alongside this.

Every penny counts so we thank you for your generosity in supporting us and hope we can raise as much money as possible.
