Story

<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Swis721 BT&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">We are doing the 3 Peaks Challenge in Memory of John and Nicola Wrights Daughter Imogen whom was diagnosed with an un-operable brain stem tumor just before Christmas 2009. Sadly Imogen passed away in July 2010 leaving behind devastated parents, family and friends. To help them deal with the loss John and Nicola have dedicated themselves to raise as much money for charities that helped them through this agonizingly difficult time. One of these charities was the Make a wish foundation who we will be raising money for on this challenge.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 3.4pt 0cm; background: white;"><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Swis721 BT&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">We start our challenge on the 3 of June at 6:00pm where we will start climbing the three highest peaks in England, Scotland and Wales these consist of Ben Nevis (1344m), Scafell Pike (978m) and Snowden (1085m). We will attempt to complete this in less than 24 hours including driving which is no easy task. The team consists of Jonathan Wright, Stuart Ponting, Gareth Jones, Andrew Leeds, James Baker, Neil Weatherley, Ian Cathcart, Andrew Norfolk and our driver Lance Craven. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Swis721 BT&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">We also have some of the team member&rsquo;s friends from down south joining us whom were already doing the challenge but are generously going to raise money for the same cause. These consist of </span><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Swis721 BT&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial; mso-ansi-language: EN-GB;">Iain Eyres, Graham Beard, Steve Hicklin and a yet unannounced driver.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 3.4pt 0cm; background: white;"><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Swis721 BT&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">We have already done some training in the peak district and the Lake District and reality has set in that this is not going be a walk in the park.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt;"><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Swis721 BT&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">To see how hard this actually is check out this link <span style="font-family: &#39;Swis721 BT&#39;; color: navy; font-size: 10pt; mso-bidi-font-family: Arial;">http://www.mountainwalk.co.uk/3peaksexperience.html</span>&nbsp;<span style="mso-spacerun: yes;">&nbsp;</span></span><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Swis721 BT&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 3.4pt 0cm; background: white;"><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Swis721 BT&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">So please be generous and dig deep as this is a worthy cause that has been experienced first hand by one of our team members. </span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 3.4pt 0cm; background: white;"><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Swis721 BT&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 3.4pt; background: white;"><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Swis721 BT&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">Thanks for taking the time to visit our JustGiving page.</span></p> <p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 0cm 0pt; mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto;"><span style="font-family: &amp;quot;Swis721 BT&amp;quot;; color: black; font-size: 10pt;">Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure.
