Sepsis accounts for 48,000 deaths annually in the UK, that’s more than breast, bowel and prostate cancer put together. Sepsis is what happens when our immune system overreacts to an infection. Symptoms initially present as flu like but can rapidly deteriorate into a life threatening condition.

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Our wonderful friend Rich died last year, and it has since been discovered that was because of Sepsis.  He should never have died of this condition, therefore we want to raise awareness to no more of our friends or family die of this.  Money will help Sepsis Trust UK to reach more people and raise awareness, but if you are free come on down to Suffershire Cheltenham on the 23rd March, there will be tea, cake, and information about Sepsis for you to take away!
