Run to the Beat 2010 · 26 September 2010 ·

We plant urban trees in parks, streets, schools and housing estates across the UK, as well as internationally, revitalising these areas and improving the lives of the people who live in them. We strengthen communities through volunteering opportunities and inspire children to grow and eat good food.

Story

Cities are good, and even better with trees in them. I'll be running in the 2010 Run to The Beat London Half-Marathon on 26 September, raising funds for Trees for Cities. Please help!

The usual boilerplate: Donating through JustGiving is simple, fast and totally secure. Your details are safe with JustGiving – they’ll never sell them on or send unwanted emails. Once you donate, they’ll send your money directly to the charity and make sure Gift Aid is reclaimed on every eligible donation by a UK taxpayer. So it’s the most efficient way to donate - I raise more, whilst saving time and cutting costs for the charity.
