I'm a retired Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Fire Officer. I like a challenge and over the years have completed a fair few. However I have never attempted 100 Kilometers in 24 hours non stop!

I haven't required the help of The Firefighters Charity but some of my friends and colleagues have and I have witnessed at first hand the tremendous work they do.
