Just Walk 2017 · 13 May 2017

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Alzheimer's is a very cruel disease, it strips our loved ones of their personalities and dignity. It also affects families who have to come to terms with how Mum or Dad, for example, will never be the same again.

As people are living for longer this will be an increasing problem that has to be tackled. With your help, I hope to raise some money for the fight against dementia.

60km (37 miles) is a long way to walk and, being essentially a lazy git, it will take a lot of effort for me to do this. Please donate generously so that I can't chicken out!

Cheers!
