Recently, my Nanny Jean was diagnosed with dementia. She is an incredible woman. She does everything for us and more. She's my superwoman, my second mum, and my best friend. It's now our turn to look after her. 

Because of this, I wanted to organise an event raising money for the Alzheimer's Society. They do amazing work and offer support to both the person who has been diagnosed and those around them. 

The event is called a Clubbathon (a fun dance work out class incorporating glow sticks) which will be held on the 18th May.
