OCD Action's vision is of a society where Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) is better understood and diagnosed quickly, where appropriate treatment options are open and accessible, where support and information are readily available and where nobody feels ashamed to ask for help.

Story

I have suffered from severe OCD since I was 4 years old and I still suffer severely from it now. It consumes my days and effects my life 24/7. It is a tiring/debilitating/exhausting mental illness and something that needs to stop being misused. I would like to stop the stigma but also raise awareness and raise money for a charity that means so much to me. My sister is my biggest and most amazing supporter and so she is joining me in going round a 4 mile course,12 times (representing the 12 years I have had OCD) over 2 days which will be taking place in the Summer holidays. We really hope you would all join us in raising money and donating to this amazing charity.

Thankyou all!:)
