In January 2020 I was diagnosed with Hodgkins Lymphoma, it was a terrifying moment in mine and my familys lives, especially navigating our way through this diagnosis and treatment with the pandemic going on. At my first chemotherapy treatment I was introduced to the CLIC Sargent staff and they immediately helped me and my family to relax and feel supported. Amanda from CLIC Sargent helped me organise wig fittings, grants, and being there to chat before, during and after treatment.

My family and I are so grateful for the support we recieved from CLIC Sargent and thats why my mum and I have decided to do this hike to fundraise for this amazing charity! The hike is 99 miles long and we are planning to do it in 7 days, which means we will be hiking aproximately 15 miles a day over very hilly terrain!
